Tom Bazzone
President, Cornerstone Brands
Tom Bazzone was named President, Cornerstone Brands (CBI) in November 2025. In this role, Tom leads CBI’s transformation strategy and has an overall focus on driving growth, innovation and customer loyalty across four home and apparel lifestyle brands: Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill® and Grandin Road®. The Cornerstone Brands deliver inspirations that help customers enjoy, enhance and celebrate life.
Tom is a seasoned multichannel retail executive, with 30+ years of experience in the furniture, home, gift and craft industries. He previously served as Interim President, Cornerstone Brands, from May to November 2025, and was President, Frontgate, from 2018 to 2025. At Frontgate, Tom repositioned the brand for greater relevancy and developed key competencies in product design, global sourcing, digital marketing and ecommerce. He re-merchandised existing stores, implemented a complimentary room design service, and opened prototype stores.
Prior to Frontgate, Tom held executive roles at TMB Group, Arhaus, Williams-Sonoma, Restoration Hardware, Michael’s Stores and RedEnvelope. Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Syracuse University.
