QVC Group is named 'Seller of the Year' at TikTok Shop Awards 

TikTok Shop honored QVC Group as a Seller of the Year recently at TikTok Shop Summit 2026 in Los Angeles. 

  • This award recognizes QVC and HSN’s innovative programming and explosive growth on TikTok Shop since QVC began selling there in mid-2024. 
  • QVC Group was among a handful of top brands that received this award. 
  • QVC and HSN combined acquired nearly 1 million new U.S. customers on TikTok Shop in 2025. 

“This is an incredibly proud moment for the entire extended team that created and drives our TikTok Shop experience,” said Krystyna Taheri, SVP Social Commerce. “The Seller of the Year award belongs to everyone, across every team and function, who showed up every day and helped us build something truly special, really fast.” 

Krystyna also shared QVC Group’s TikTok journey in a keynote address at the summit, explaining why QVC is uniquely built for this platform. 

“TikTok Shop is us,” Krystyna said.  “Sure, the videos are faster, there are more hosts, and they are living on a smaller screen. But the fundamentals are identical: Right product, right moment, demonstrable items, and trusted voices.” 

Krystyna noted that we have something most brands on TikTok don’t: 40+ years of knowing how live selling actually works. 

  • We bring over 90,000 products to the Shop across every category. 
  • We fulfill through 5 US distribution centers. 
  • We have a dedicated customer service team for TikTok Shop. 
  • We produce over 200 live hours per week across our 6 TikTok Live channels. 

“QVC and HSN have generated billions in sales from live shopping on TV and elsewhere,” Krystyna said. “We didn’t need to figure out if this model works. We just needed to bring it to where the audience is today. We have been building toward this moment for four decades.” 

Our success on TikTok Shop is fueled by deep, cross-functional collaboration between Social Commerce and many other teams, including Merchandising and Planning, the LIVES and Short-Form Creative teams in Omnichannel Content, Operations, IT, Customer Relations, Finance, Brand Marketing, and others.
