Tony Williams
Chief People Officer
Tony Williams was named Chief People Officer of QVC GroupSM in April 2025. He leads the company’s global team member experience & Security strategic agenda, including Global People & Organization, Global Impact, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Executive Compensation, People Operations, People Transformation, Security and Tech-enabled People initiatives.
With more than 30 years of corporate, industrial, and multi-brand consumer goods experience, Tony is known for positioning HR as a driver of business growth, market agility, cultural transformation, and scalable operating performance.
Before joining QVC® Group, Tony spent more than a decade at The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc., most recently as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources, Transformation Enablement & Regions. In that role, he operated as the HR function’s Chief Operating Officer and served as global HR program lead for the enterprise-wide Profit Recovery Growth Plan across APAC, China, EMEA, UK&I, LATAM, and Travel Retail.
Earlier in his career, Tony held senior People leadership roles at Tyco International, Remy International, and Air Products and Chemicals, and he began his career at Macy’s.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Capital Management and Labor Relations from Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and is a graduate of Cornell University ILR School’s Modern CHRO & Human Capital Program and the National Academy of Human Resources CHRO Intensive Program.
